Prior to Prodigy he was the Director of Strategic Business Development for Sitestuff.com, a consortium of commercial real estate developers and property owners and the Sr. Manager of Digital Media for St. Jude Medical and the creator of heartlibrary.com. Kim was the founder and CEO of EverGreen Facility Services, a Western Pennsylvania multifaceted “green” cleaning organization, which focused on internal workplace improvement and air quality. Through her strategic development and execution, the company grew to over 150 clients with a successful exit in 2018. Additionally, Kim remains co-owner in Thor Realty LLC which she helped establish in 2006.
As a Penn State graduate majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics, Kim has worked in the financial services sector as well as in sales and marketing for several regional companies. Many of her skills were honed while she was involved in her family’s real estate management business with numerous commercial and residential properties in and around the city of Pittsburgh.
Kim is a native Pittsburgher and is passionate in giving back to the community. She supports many organizations; with pediatric cancer and individuals with disabilities being her priorities. Kim is a member of the Women’s Presidents Organization, a founding member of Standing Firm, and she has held a board seat with the Hillel Jewish University Center.
Kim and her husband, Jay, live in Aspinwall with their three sons.
